What Is Concurrent Use Licensing?
A concurrent use license is software license that is based on the number of simultaneous users accessing the program. Law Enforcement Agencies only need licenses for the number of officers, supervisors, or other employees who will be logged into the system at one time.
Are there any setup or similar fees?
No. We do not charge any setup, maintenance, support or other fees.
Do I have to purchase any special equipment?
No. That's the amazing thing about our solutions being 100% cloud based. You are never required to purchase dedicated servers, network or other hardware to use our solutions. All we require is that you have a computer, Internet connection and a web browser.
What about billing cycles?
We are commonly asked if a full year payment is required in advance, that answer is no. Billing can be structured to our your needs either on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. You choose what fits your department’s budget.
Is the Free Trial really "free"?
Absolutely! We want you to test drive our solutions to make sure that they are a fit for your department before you subscribe. Too often departments become stuck with a solution that does not work because they could not try it first. We do not believe that a slide presentation is how you learn about our solutions, diving in and making it a part of your day-to-day operations does. Our free trials include everything that we offer with the package that you select, including 24x7x365 support and training.
