• Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local health authorities on actions to take in the event COVID-19 impacts our local area.
• We are temporarily limiting employee travel for conferences, on-site visits and training to states that have declared a State of Emergency in response to a localized COVID-19 outbreak and or areas that have been identified as a “hot spot” for COVID-19 activity.

ALEN has been proactively and continually communicating with its underlying infrastructure service providers to ensure that there will not be any interruption to client access of its solutions.

Support Availability

ALEN will continue to offer its top-tier, free 24x7x365 support, without any major interruption. In the event of a localized quarantine or if COVID-19 appears at the ALEN main office all ALEN employees are equipped to be able to work remotely.

Client Commitment

ALEN recognizes that COVID-19 may affect your Public Safety department and services in your area possibly requiring more officers and personnel to need access to our solution at any given time. To accommodate for this ALEN offers its unique and exclusive Peak Licensing Program. Peak Licensing allows you to give all your user’s access without a license limit for a temporary amount of time at no additional fee.
